Your journey then continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park and the Ishasha sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions. A special highlight here is spending two nights at “The Observatory,” a private home inside the park with your own cook. You’ll also go on a safari with a real biologist who studies a local lion pride. Afterward, you visit Kibale Forest for a thrilling chimpanzee trek (available for kids aged 12+), before heading north to Murchison Falls National Park for both jeep and private boat safaris, plus a visit to the powerful waterfall itself.
To make your trip even more comfortable, we’ve upgraded your accommodations. You’ll stay in luxury cottages at Mutanda Lake Resort and the beautiful Turaco Treetops in Kibale. Both boat safaris are private, just for your family. All breakfasts, dinners, and three lunches are included. And on your final day, there’s an optional visit to the Entebbe Zoo, where you can become a zookeeper for a day – a fun and educational way to end your unforgettable family safari in Uganda.
