On Prison Island, you’ll get the chance to see and photograph the famous Aldabra giant tortoises, explore the historic Prison Chamber, and learn about the island’s fascinating history.
You’ll also have the opportunity to wander through the mangrove forest and, if you wish, enjoy a swim or snorkel in the clear waters. Indulge in a delicious, fresh seafood barbecue featuring octopus, lobsters, squid, and calamari, all grilled to perfection. Enjoy a refreshing assortment of tropical fruits, such as bananas, watermelons, pineapples, mangoes, and papayas, served under shaded umbrellas.
As the day winds down, you’ll be taken back to shore for a short break before heading out on an optional sunset cruise from 5-7 pm, a perfect way to end the day.
Today, you’ll embark on a spice farm tour to discover the rich history behind Zanzibar’s famous spice trade. Get hands-on by touching, smelling, and tasting a variety of spices like cinnamon, vanilla, and ginger.
At the spice farm, you’ll enjoy a delicious, locally prepared lunch featuring spiced rice, fresh fried fish, and an array of tropical fruits such as bananas, mangoes, and pineapples.

Scuba dividing, parasailing, kites surfing, or fishing in search of exotic fish species is an excellent option.
You might also like to feast on a sumptuous lunch of grilled local seafood, or just relax in a hammock underneath a coconut tree with a good book.
It’s totally up to you!
